The Elm Tree Inn was serving stagecoach passengers travelling between
Edinburgh and Kilmarnock from the early 1800''s.
It has been at the beating heart of livingston, eversince.
Big Comedy acts such Billy connolly and singers Tom Jones and Engelbert Humperdinck were regular acts .the top section has been converted into an award winning restaurant and Bar, currently rated as Livingston's Number one restaurant and in the top 10% in the World. And yes its right on your doorstep !!

Our packages are flexible and can be catered to you. If you have something different in mind, we would love to hear from you.
Our initial booking fee is £275, which is applicable to all bookings and includes the hire of the bar as well as two of our skillful bartenders. Our minimum hire is 4 hours.
